Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Design: Innovate, refine, and optimize methodologies and frameworks for rural livelihood programs, emphasizing small business and microenterprise.
  • Learning Design Principles: Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to establish tailored learning design principles, facilitating effective knowledge dissemination within marginalized rural communities.
  • Livelihood Expertise: Infuse program design with specialized expertise in rural enterprise and small business development, ensuring contextual relevance and impact.
  • Livelihood Planning & Mapping: Develop a robust framework for household-level livelihood planning and mapping, customizing solutions to suit practical needs.
  • Collaboration with Experts: Work closely with experts, consultants, and field teams to enhance program methodologies and maximize impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess program effectiveness, gather feedback, and iterate strategies for ongoing enhancement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Forge partnerships with governmental bodies, NGOs, and community leaders to align and scale programs effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Social Work, Business, or related fields; master's degree preferred.
  • 7-8 years of experience in designing and implementing rural livelihood programs for marginalized communities.
  • Proven experience in creating and fostering rural small business and microenterprise , with a focus on women from impoverished backgrounds.
  • In-depth understanding of rural Indian dynamics, culture, and the challenges faced by marginalized families.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and local communities.
  • Strong team player, fostering collaboration to achieve program objectives efficiently.
