Allamanda Abode Service apartments is a fast growing brand in Service apartment industry with 4 locations in Chennai. We are looking for a young and dynamic Front Office Receptionist for our Kovilambakkam property who can join us at a short notice. This role ( Front office person) will be our face to our Guests and will be working very closely with our Marketing teams, our Property Managers. Hence this is a very critical role for us at Allamanda
**Responsibilities**
Should be able to work with our Property Managers and allot apartments to our Guests according to the Guest requirements
Will be responsible for collecting Guest feedbacks (both online and in our Registers)
Will be responsible for enabling Guests in online payments and checking with the accounts team regarding payments
Should be able to talk to our Potential Guests, Leads and coordinate their property visits
**Qualifications**
Should have atleast 1-2 years of relevant Front office experience in a hotel or a Service apartment
Any Degree - preferably in Hotel Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
Should be a team player and be willing to work and learn with fellow colleagues
Should be willing to join us at a short notice
