Sales Enablement Platforms Administrator

As a Sales Enablement Platforms administrator, you will be the key expert on the global administrator team for such Sales Enablement Platforms as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom.info and others. You will report into Global administrator team lead and work closely with Sales Enablement Product Owner to establish the servicing standards for the above-mentioned platforms, following them in your daily work and educating the rest of the team on them. You will also be involved in important ad-hoc projects related to piloting new platforms, integrating a set of platforms to provide a seamless user experience and contributing to increasing sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Being on the global administrator team, you will also learn MS Dynamics 365 CRM and provide user support on it too.

**The scope of this role includes**:

- End to End platforms administration (Access, technical support, user consultancy on key features and business processes) with focus on key Sales Enablement platforms and MS Dynamics 365 CRM
- Support users in utilization and adoption of the Sales Enablement Platforms and ensuring standards and processes are followed
- Definition, maintenance and implementation of servicing standards for Sales Enablement Platforms

**Required Skills**:

- Strong business acumen combined with interest to sales enablement technologies
- At least 1 year of experience of using/administering sales enablement tools like SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom.info is required
- Understanding how Sales Enablement platforms are integrated with CRMs and how they interact with each other is preferred
- Docusign expertise is preferred
- MS Dynamics 365 CRM experience is preferred
- Self-motivated to work alone, yet energetic in team situations
- Ability to stay focused and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to grow with the role as our Sales tech stack matures
