**Job Title: Client Service Representative**
**Job Summary**:
As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**:
- Provide information about products or services and offer solutions to client problems.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively assist clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Document client feedback and share insights with relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to client service.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of client service processes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
