Client Serving Executive

As a Client Serving Executive in our company, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth through achieving set targets. You will be expected to effectively communicate with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and work towards meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and feedback to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- ** Business Development**:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities from existing clients or through referrals.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals to meet client requirements.
- ** Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Communicate client requirements and feedback internally to facilitate product/service improvements or modifications.
- Ensure timely and accurate response to client queries or requests.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, client interactions, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies for optimizing sales and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, sales, or business development roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
