Corporate Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients while nurturing existing client relationships. Your primary focus will be on driving sales revenue through effective prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector, targeting organizations of various sizes and industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including corporate executives, human resources managers, and marketing professionals.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and budgetary considerations to provide tailored gifting solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify potential areas for business growth and differentiation.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our corporate gifting solutions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotes that align with client needs and company pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the project management and design teams, to ensure a smooth and seamless order fulfilment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the gifting Industry
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a personality that welcomes challenges rather than avoiding them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally with co-workers and externally with potential and existing clients
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Ability to represent the brand in keeping with brand values at networking and industry events
- Ability to work both independently as well as within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
