**Fundraising Associate**

**About the role**:
As a Fundraising Associate, you will be responsible for driving our crowdfunding retail fundraising pipeline, CSR donor reporting and employee engagement activities. By offering donors a view into their impact and a brand built on hope, you will be an innovative, creative and passionate relationship manager and fundraiser. This role will be critical to developing a portfolio that will contribute to our long-term growth strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
**Retail Crowdfunding**:Retail fundraising is the practice of raising smaller amounts of money from larger pools of individual donors. One of the largest crowdfunding platforms is Give.do
- Coordination to set up Individual Fundraisers - Direct individuals who are Indian citizens to create fundraisers on Give platform in aid of Cuddles - birthdays, anniversaries, other milestone FRs - Guide & handhold them through the process, liaise with Give should the donors face any challenges, tracking the FR till completion date, sending thank you mailers to the campaign supporters, etc.
- Relationship Management with Give SPOCs - Give has a large team, relationship management with various SPOCs depending on the program they are managing to maximise fundraising

**Give reporting and donor communication -**
- **Manage the reporting cycles as required by Give**:

- **Manage various campaigns run by Give**:

- Give organises many campaigns during the year
- e.g. 100 heroes campaign etc. Your responsibility will be to determine which campaigns to participate in and make a strategy around the same. 100 Heroes campaign (October-December)
- **Back-end tagging of funds raised via Give**:

- Internal segregation of funds raised via Give, maintaining the Crowdfunding tracker, uploading Transaction reports, providing Accounts team with details of which funds are to be tagged to specific programs, tracking incoming funds via Pan India sheet etc.
- **Myriad US** - Direct individuals who are Non-Indian citizens to create fundraisers on Myriad platform - every.org in aid of Cuddles - birthdays, anniversaries, other milestone FRs - Guide & handhold them through the process, liaise with the Myriad team should the donors face any challenges, tracking the FR till completion date, sending thank you mailers to the campaign supporters, etc.
- Other Crowdfunding platforms

**CSR Donor Reporting and Employee Engagement**:

- You will be responsible for checking small/medium-sized CSR donors utilization reports and sharing them with CSR partners
- You will coordinate with the programs and finance team for the data of each report.
- You will create a report of impact, activities, and milestones on Donor Partner Assessment portals.
- You will drive employee engagement activities for corporates, look for ways to engage employees meaningfully, drive fundraising initiatives through the Wish Tree campaign during Daan Utsav and festivities

**Sending Donation Receipts to donors**:

- You will coordinate with the finance team to generate receipts
- You will update the finance team with pending donor information
- You will be responsible for collating and sending receipts to donors

**Must-Haves**:

- Post Graduate / Graduate from top tier college
- 3-5 years of relevant fund-raising experience
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills with experience in developing and delivering sales pitches and written proposals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
