**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are seeking an individual with good communication and analytical skills to join our team as a Client Support and Training Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software and technology solutions, including CRM systems, websites, and portals, by providing comprehensive support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, providing training on our company's products, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain constant communication with management, team, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Firmly work with respective team members to update the tickets
- Provide training on the company's products to our clients
- Resolving client's queries timely
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Convincing and influencing ability
- Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written
- Skills to work both independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
