We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Customer Associate Intern** to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-growing EdTech space. The Customer Associate Intern will assist in delivering excellent customer service and provide a seamless experience to our users, ensuring they get the most out of StudyCaller's offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with navigating our platform and troubleshooting issues related to course materials, test series, and mentorship sessions.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues with our platform or services, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support the onboarding process for new users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to use our platform effectively.
- Maintain customer records in our CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with customer service tools or CRM software is an advantage.
