A Crusher Machine manufacturing company in Kerala is looking for a CRM ADMINISTRATOR with 5-10 years of experience
**Qualifications**:
**1.** **Education**:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field is often preferred.
**2.** **Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in CRM software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
Understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
Ability to create and manage workflows, reports, and dashboards within the CRM.
Knowledge of database management and data analysis.
Familiarity with programming languages (such as JavaScript) for customization and automation.
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) for customizing user interfaces.
**3.** **Business Acumen**:
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
Ability to align CRM capabilities with business goals and strategies.
Experience in translating business requirements into CRM configurations and workflows.
**4.** **Communication Skills**:
Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to train and support CRM users, both technical and non-technical.
**5.** **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**:
Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in the CRM system.
Analytical mind-set for interpreting data and generating insights from CRM reports and analytics.
**6.** **Organizational Skills**:
Attention to detail for accurate data entry and maintenance.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
**7.** **Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)**:
CRM platform-specific certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification, HubSpot CRM Certification).
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) can be valuable for managing CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
**8.** **Experience**:
Previous experience as a CRM Administrator, CRM support role, or related position is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM system upgrades, migrations, and data cleansing is a plus
**Responsibilities**:
1. CRM System Management:
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM database.
- Customize the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the equipment manufacturing industry.
2. User Training and Support:
- Provide training to employees on how to effectively use the CRM system.
- Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues that users encounter.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical problems and implement system updates.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Create and manage customized reports and dashboards for various teams within the company.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations based on data analysis to key stakeholders.
4. Integration and Automation:
- Integrate the CRM system with other software and tools used in the manufacturing process.
- Implement automation processes to reduce manual data entry and enhance efficiency.
5. Process Optimization:
- Work with different departments to identify and optimize CRM-related processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the customer lifecycle.
6. Security and Privacy:
- Ensure the security and privacy of customer data stored in the CRM system.
- Implement access controls and data encryption to safeguard sensitive information.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and CRM best practices.
- Regularly assess the CRM system's performance and recommend improvements.
8. User Adoption and Engagement:
- Promote the CRM system's benefits to encourage user adoption and engagement.
- Gather feedback from users and make necessary adjustments to improve their experience.
9. Vendor Management:
- Liaise with CRM software vendors to address issues, obtain updates, and leverage support resources.
10. Project Management:
- Lead or participate in CRM-related projects, such as system upgrades or migrations.
**Salary**: Up to ₹110,000.00 per month
