Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at our Coimbatore location. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. The role requires actively promoting our services, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with the technical team to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills- Knowledge of IT services and solutions- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and Document Management systems- Self-motivated and target-driven- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
