**Position**: Receptionist cum Accountant

**Qualification**: 10th/12th/Any Graduation/Any Diploma in Computer Operation/Accounting

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department, ensuring seamless communication.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing assistance and routing calls efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, equipped with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries to the respective recipients.
- Uphold office security by diligently following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk. This includes monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.

**Working Hours**:

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- MONDAY TO SATURDAY

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification of 10th/12th grade or Any Graduation/Any Diploma in Computer Operation/Accounting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly and professional demeanor to ensure positive interactions with visitors and colleagues.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
