**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Telecalling**:
- Make outbound calls to clients to gather feedback on their travel experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks including managing accounts, invoicing, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- **Client Feedback**:
- Collect feedback from clients regarding their travel experiences.
- Address any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Relay feedback to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions.
- Update client databases with relevant information.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Telecaller in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus.
**Education and Experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
