**Job Title: Receptionist**
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Provide basic information to visitors and assist with inquiries.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telephone etiquette.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Pay: ₹15,514.81 - ₹28,492.24 per month
Schedule:
