Job Description:
As a Team Leader with Precious Memories Holidays Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and developing a high-performing Business Development Executive (BDE) team. Your primary responsibilities include training and monitoring the performance of the BDE team to ensure 100% target achievement on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Identify and recruit talented individuals to join the BDE team, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Development: Provide comprehensive training programs to equip BDEs with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement performance monitoring systems to track the progress of individual team members and provide timely feedback and coaching for improvement.
- Target Achievement: Set clear and achievable targets for the BDE team on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Implement strategies to motivate and support team members in achieving these targets.
- Leadership: Lead by example and foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their professional growth and development.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance, including key metrics and achievements, to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in team leadership or management roles, preferably in the sales or business development field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to effectively train and develop team members.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving performance.
- Proficiency in using own laptop for work-related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
