Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for generating sales leads, promoting products or services, building relationships with potential customers, and executing marketing strategies. This role requires an individual who is both creative and business-minded, capable of driving revenue growth and contributing to brand awareness.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Activities**:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product lines and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
- Provide post-sale customer support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Report sales performance and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- **Marketing Activities**:
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms and online channels.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to showcase the company’s offerings.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and contribute to content strategies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
