There has been a new wave of HR with changing priorities of individuals and the dynamic demands of businesses. We are looking for people in HR Domain across areas which can help us form an inclusive, diverse, and talented team which can not only solve people problems but strategically contribute to the growth and development of the organization.

We are looking for a **HRBP Group Services**, who will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership to functional leaders. This role involves partnering with senior leadership in supporting group level changes, organization design and effectiveness. The role also is responsible in driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture within the region.

**Reporting line**:HRBP - Group Functions

**Scope**:Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:
**Business Strategic Support**:

- Act as a strategic ally to functional leaders, offering expert advice and support for organization design, workforce optimization, and strategic workforce planning.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address key HR challenges and opportunities, aligning HR strategies with overall business goals.
- Support annual activities such as salary review, talent review, succession planning, and performance management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Compile and analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to business leadership for informed decision-making.
- Coach and influence senior leaders through sound communication, negotiation, and consultation skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

**Strategic HR Leadership**:

- Lead and drive strategic HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
- Provide guidance and support in organizational design, ensuring the right structure, roles, and capabilities are in place to drive business success.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and address employee engagement and culture-related challenges, developing initiatives aligned with company values and ways of work.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to continuously enhance HR strategies and practices.

**Program and Change Management**:

- Lead and facilitate change management efforts to support the implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
- Partner with internal teams to design and implement organizational development programs, driving a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and adjustments.

**About Yourself**
- Master's degree in human resource management or a related field.
- 10-15 years of demonstrated business partnering experience within a large, networked organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with the capability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and initiative-driven approach to work.
- Strong organizational skills.
