**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of proven experience in **B2B Sales**, with a strong background in **channel sales**. Prior experience in selling power generation products, especially **Silent DG**, is a strong plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering tangible business results.
- **Market Understanding**: Knowledge of the power generation industry, particularly in the sales of Silent Diesel Generators, is preferred.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with channel partners and clients.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor actions to formulate sales strategies.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.
Pay: ₹25,400.00 - ₹30,700.00 per month
