Training Coordinator

### *Position Summary:*
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of training programs and initiatives within the organization. This role involves organizing, facilitating, and managing training sessions, ensuring that students acquire the necessary skills and knowledge. The Training Coordinator will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, design curriculum, and evaluate training effectiveness.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
- Collaborate with students to identify training needs.
- Design and develop training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.
- Create comprehensive training plans
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Facilitate training sessions in-person and virtually, ensuring engagement and participation.
- Manage logistics for training events, including venue booking, equipment setup, and participant communication.
- Maintain training records and track student participation and progress.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Analyze training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to training programs based on evaluation results.
- Provide support to trainers and participants before, during, and after training sessions.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during training.
### *Qualifications:*
- *Education:*
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field can also apply.
- *Skills:*
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
