Operations Coordinator

We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to
complement our team. The operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Training
and Operations Team, providing crucial support for planning, coordinating, and executing
training initiatives. Additionally, the role involves project coordination and maintaining
essential records.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Offer support during training sessions, addressing queries, providing
supplementary materials, and meticulously recording sessions.
2. Manage the training session schedule, ensuring accessibility for all employees and
convenient timing for participants.
3. Maintain precise records of all training sessions, regularly updating attendance and
performance data in relevant sheets and databases.
4. Analyse data to identify areas requiring additional training or support.
5. Provide regular updates to the Reporting Manager on the progress of training
initiatives and promptly identify any potential issues.
6. Monitor attendance at training sessions to ensure compliance with requirements.
7. Solicit feedback from trainers on trainee performance, utilizing this input to pinpoint
areas for additional training or support.
8. Update training session data in Google Sheets, encompassing attendance records,
performance data, and other pertinent information.
9. Facilitate training sessions, including setup, participant welcome, and schedule
management.
10.Collaborate with other departments to align training activities with the
organization's goals.
11.Conduct post-training evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify
areas for improvement.
**Proficiencies**:
1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human
Resources, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and administrative skills, capable of managing multiple tasks
concurrently.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, fostering
strong relationships across all levels.
4. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work aspects.

Working Conditions:
This role is remote and requires a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English.
- Stable internet connection (at least 100 Mbps).
- Availability to work from 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
