Executive Sales

**1. Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential clients through Facebook Instagram ads, Indiamart leads and other aggregator platforms.
- Leverage social media platforms various sales tools and techniques to generate new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to identify potential areas for growth.
**2. Client requirement understanding & Sales Demonstrations**:
- Suggest best-fit packaging products as per client requirements.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively on calls and in in-person visits.
- Follow up with clients through calls or online channels for potential hot leads for closure.
**3. Negotiation and Closing**:
- Prepare pricing sheet based on existing catalogue or custom pricing sheet based on packaging products suggested.
- Negotiate pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial deals.
- Raise proforma invoice and secure the deal.
**4. Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
**5. Meeting of Targets**:
- Achieve monthly targets which will be ambitious yet achievable for the executive.
**6. Team Management**:
- Govern the executive assigned to you.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and ensure their thorough completion with careful attention to detail.
**6. Sales Reporting and Goal Setting**:
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics accurately.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set ambitious yet achievable sales targets.
**Salary**: ₹9,319.69 - ₹22,000.00 per month
