We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of **Sales Executive.**
**Qualification**: Graduation
**Experience**: 2-3years
**Location**: Andheri(Mumbai)
- Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as referrals, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Conducting initial meetings or calls with prospective clients to understand their financial and legal needs.
- Presenting the firm's services and value proposition effectively to prospects.
- Negotiating terms of engagement and closing deals to onboard new clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understanding clients' financial and legal goals, risk tolerance, and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates on their investments, legal matters, regulatory changes, etc.
- Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Staying up-to-date on the firm's financial products, legal services, and industry trends.
- Educating clients on various financial instruments, investment strategies, legal requirements, and compliance issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as legal advisors, financial analysts, and compliance officers to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies in all sales activities.
- Conducting proper due diligence on clients and transactions to mitigate potential legal and financial risks.
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and regulatory documentation.
- Participating in training sessions and staying informed about changes in laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.
- Setting sales targets and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitoring sales metrics such as revenue, client acquisition rates, retention rates, etc.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Preparing regular reports and presentations for management on sales performance and market insights.
- Continuously enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
- Pursuing relevant certifications or licenses required for selling financial and legal services.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
