Job Description:
- As a CRM Expert, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer relationships, drive engagement, and maximize the value of customer data. You will play a critical role in helping the organization achieve its business objectives by leveraging CRM tools and practices effectively.

CRM Executive Responsibilities:
Create and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel and needful reports

Developing and implementing marketing techniques that will help us to on-board new customers

Monitor relationships and ongoing discussions with existing customers through CRM systems

Creating and executing customer relationship management campaigns that aim to increase customer loyalty

Segment the customer base to target specific demographics and behaviors, allowing for personalized marketing and communication strategies.

Creating a set of universal customer relationship procedures and implementing them at every level of the company

Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports to measure the effectiveness of CRM efforts.

Gather and analyze customer feedback and reviews to make necessary adjustments to products, services, and customer interactions.

Ensuring consistent branding across all messages

Contributing to additional digital marketing initiatives

Collaborating closely with the sales team to follow up on leads.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is often preferred.

Proven experience in CRM management, marketing, or a related role, typically 2-5 years.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeted marketing.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing technology and trends.

Deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
