We are looking for Business Development Executives with **1 - 2 years of experience** in **IT sector**:

- Identify and qualify new leads through a variety of channels, including online marketing, networking, and cold calling.
- Able to identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, lead and facilitate pitches.
- Develop and conduct product presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products.
- Participate in industry events, conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Provide market feedback and insights for the refinement of marketing materials and strategies.

**Skill Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in IT - Business development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
