Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with clients to identify the appropriate level of care and services that they need
- Creating and updating client files to ensure that all pertinent information is stored in an organized manner
- Providing administrative support such as drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Coordinating volunteers and other community resources to meet client needsProviding information about resources available in the community, such as food pantries or shelters for homeless individuals
- Preparing reports on client status, progress, or other issues as neededCoordinating with vendors to arrange for delivery of equipment or other materialsProviding emotional support and encouragement to clients
- Coordinating with other support staff members to ensure smooth operation of programs

**Requirements**:

- Effective Communication, Problem solving, Time Management, Customer Service etc.
- Degree in any field.
- Experience in customer support will be preferable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
