**Position**: Personal Assistant / Customer Manager
**Salary**: Starting at ₹12,000 per month
**Additional Benefits**: Petrol Allowance + Incentives
**Probation Period**: First 3 months
**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and site visits.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups to ensure a positive client experience.
- Support marketing efforts by engaging with customers to understand and address their needs.
- Maintain and update records related to customer interactions, sales leads, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
