**About the Role**:
We are seeking a responsible and organized **Personal Assistant** to manage housekeeping, cooking, and administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of daily activities. The position is based in an **apartment where the occupants work remotely**. You will ensure the space remains clean and comfortable while assisting with meal preparation, errands, and maintaining an efficient home-office environment. This is a **long-term position** with **food and accommodation provided**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Housekeeping & Home Management**:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the apartment (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, etc.).
- Handle laundry, ironing, and regularly change bed linens.
- Monitor and replenish household supplies as needed.
- Coordinate minor repairs or contact service providers for maintenance tasks.
**Cooking & Meal Preparation**:
- Prepare and cook meals based on the preferences or dietary needs of the occupants.
- Plan meals, manage grocery shopping, and monitor kitchen inventory.
- Ensure timely meal preparation to suit the work-from-home schedule.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with managing household and work-related schedules, appointments, and reminders.
- Help with organizing bills, paperwork, and sorting mail.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and delivery personnel as needed.
**Care & Personal Assistance**:
- Provide occasional support to the occupants, ensuring their well-being.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, pharmacy visits, and other essential tasks.
- Maintain a comfortable environment, supporting both personal needs and work efficiency.
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, personal assistance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Basic cooking knowledge with the ability to follow recipes.
- Good communication skills in English or the local language.
- A responsible, caring, and discreet personality.
