Office Practice Administrator

We are urgent hiring for **Office Practice Administrator.**
Salary = **7 LPA.**
Requirement - **Min 5 Years experience.**
Location - **Sahibabad Industrial area.**
**Requirements -**
Proficiency in Xero and other relevant software.
Experience with prior Australian stakeholders (ASIC, ATO etc) would be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1. Invoicing & Credit Control:
a)Prepare and issue client invoices on a timely manner
b)Follow up on outstanding debtors and resolve unpaid client invoices
2.Client on-boarding Process:
a)Draft and issue all client Engagement Letters
b)Add and update clients on ATO and XPM portals
c)Prepare and manage Ethical Letters for incoming / outgoing clients.
3.Manage and reconcile subscription payments for Xero & promptly invoice clients for cost recovery
4.Client Relationships
5.Management of ASIC Regulatory & Compliance Requirements
6.Client Information Requests
7.Handle all ATO Correspondences
9.Maintain Firm’s Payments & Expenses:
a)Process invoices for payments
b)Process reimbursements
10.Marketing Activities
