**Role Overview**:
The Practice Manager is responsible for the operational leadership and management of all administrative tasks and client interface, ensuring the practice runs efficiently, meets business goals, and delivers high-quality services to clients. This role involves team management, client relationship management, financial oversight, and operational excellence. The Practice Manager will work closely with the Partner(s) and Manager(s) to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Invoicing & Credit Control:
a) Prepare and issue client invoices on a timely manner

b) Follow up on outstanding debtors and resolve unpaid client invoices

2. Client on-boarding Process:
a) Draft and issue all client Engagement Letters

b) Add and update clients on ATO and XPM portals

c) Prepare and manage Ethical Letters for incoming / outgoing clients

3. Manage and reconcile subscription payments for Xero & promptly invoice clients for cost recovery

4. Client Relationship Management:
a) Act as the primary point of contact for key clients within the practice area

b) Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty (including client surveys)

c) Assist in client tender preparation

d) Prepare draft client letters and correspondences for accountants as required

5. Management of ASIC Regulatory & Compliance Requirements:
a) Oversee ASIC-related correspondences (incoming & outgoing)

b) Manage ASIC portal

c) Distribute client-related ASIC communications

6. Client Information Requests:
b) Prepare and issue Accountant’s letters

7. Handle all ATO Correspondences:
c) Assist with client ICA / ITA queries

d) Lodge BAS and other regulatory requirements

9. Maintain Firm’s Payments & Expenses:
a) Process invoices for payments

b) Process reimbursements

10. Marketing Activities:
a) Prepare and send regular marketing letters and checklists to potential and existing clients, including technical updates and other relevant information

b) Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, network partners and the broader team

11. Managing the Team:
a) Manage workload allocation, ensuring that resources are effectively utilised

b) Manage the needs of the team, both local and offshore, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring best practice

c) Keeping track of timesheets for the team

d) Streamline processes within the team to improve efficiency and productivity, ensuring that deadlines are met

**Qualifications & Skills**:
a) 5-8 years proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a professional services environment

b) Experience with prior Australian stakeholders (ASIC, ATO etc) would be an advantage

c) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

d) Proficiency in Xero would be advantageous

e) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

f) Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

g) Personable and ability to develop strong relationships with clients and team members

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
