**Job Brief**
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the founder’s working life and communication.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the founder and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Source office supplies.
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
**Requirements and skills**
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office OR Google Docs proficiency.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Graduation degree
**Timings**:11-6:30 p.m. and 6 days working
**Office Loaction: Noida sector 2**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹9,550.84 - ₹15,000.00 per month
