**Job Description: Personal Assistant**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**:

- Maintain and organize the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule both professional and personal commitments, ensuring optimal time management.
- **Communication**:

- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, letters, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance such as filing, photocopying, and managing documents.
- Handle expenses, reimbursements, and other financial matters accurately and confidentially.
- Maintain organized records and databases, ensuring easy access to information when needed.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs, ensuring smooth travel experiences.
- **Task Prioritization and Follow-up**:

- Anticipate the executive's needs and prioritize tasks accordingly, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Follow up on action items, commitments, and pending tasks, keeping track of progress and ensuring completion.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and communications.
- **Special Projects**:

- Assist with special projects, research assignments, and other tasks as assigned by the executive.
- Take initiative to identify areas where support is needed and offer assistance proactively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in dealing with unexpected situations or changes in plans.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based [location]. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
