**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Managing MD’s calendar
- Managing the information, data, files of MD’s office
- Managing daily appointments with external and internal customers/visitors as well as overseas customers/visitors
- Independently handling correspondence
- Organising and managing important documents, mails, files etc.
- Preparing travel itinerary and make approporiate arrangement for travel/accommodation
- Ensuring that coordination regarding travel, stay and meetings of global visitors as well taken care of Preparing various presentations in power point for MD.

**Assisting Leadership Team**
- Support them for Travel itinerary -pre-blocking seat /web check-in/meal preference.
- Cab arrangement through our travel Partners both for Domestic & International Travel.
- Reminders -on time cancellation of duplicate tickets to get refund and avoid no show penalty/ various other day-to-day activities

**Managing international & Domestic travel**

.Act as a single point of contact between international travelling & domestic employees and Travel helpdesk
- Coordinate and compile all required documentation for international travel both for Indian employees and Gunnebo employees from other Countries
- Hotel booking for employees domestic and international.
- Maintain MIS of all Travel
- Provide administrative assistance to ED-Finance in terms of arranging documents, print-outs, inter-departmental coordination
- Preparing travel itinerary and make appropriate arrangement for travel/accommodation as and when he travels

**Assisting Leadership Team**
- Supporting HR & Admin department for various activities
- Support in Admin related new projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
