- Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and send quotations to customers, following up as needed to secure orders.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads.
- Compile sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, organizing travel
- arrangements, and preparing presentations.
- Support the inside sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist with customer inquiries, product information requests, and order status updates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure product availability and timely shipment.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, good to have from similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
