Trade Marketing Executive

**Trade Marketing Strategy**:
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales growth and enhance brand presence.
- Identify key market opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.
- **Promotional Campaigns**:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate trade promotions to boost product sales and brand recognition.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, point-of-sale displays, and merchandising activities.
- **Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams**:
- Work closely with sales teams to understand market needs and develop tailored promotional activities.
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies with overall brand goals.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities.
- Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
- **Retailer and Distributor Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
- Provide training and support to retail partners on product features, benefits, and promotional activities.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources for promotional activities.
- Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budgetary limits.
- **Reporting and Evaluation**:
- Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends.
- Evaluate the success of trade promotions and provide insights for future improvements.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, Business Development or a related role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and trade marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
