**Job Description: Sales Executive (Medical/Hospital)**

**Position: Junior Sales Executive**

**Location ,** **Guwahati, Kolkata & Bhubaneshwar.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand customer base and achieve sales goals within the medical/hospital sector.
- Support senior sales executives and managers in day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
- Collaborate with marketing department to create effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments to offer innovative solutions to customers.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to network and promote company products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the medical or hospital industry.
- Strong understanding of medical products, hospital operations, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Position: Sales Manager**

**Job Summary**: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a solid background in medical or hospital sales to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, setting targets, and developing strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the healthcare sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in negotiations with major accounts.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the medical/hospital sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive sales experience in the medical or hospital industry, with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
