Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify potential
customers through various channels
social media, and networking events
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with
prospective clients to understand their
requirements, preferences, and budget
constraints.
3. Product Knowledge: Possess a deep
understanding of the company's real
estate projects, including features
amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
4. Site Visits: Arrange and conduct site
visits for interested customers, providing
detailed information about the property
and addressing their queries and
concerns.
5. Sales Support: Collaborate with the
sales team to assist in converting leads
into sales by providing pre-sales
support, preparing documentation, and
facilitating the booking process
6. Relationship Management: Build and
maintain strong relationships with
customers throughout the pre-sales
process, ensuring a positive experience
and customer satisfaction
7. Market Research: Stay updated on
market trends, competitor activities, and
customer preferences to provide
valuable insights for sales and marketing
strategies.
8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on
lead generation activities, site visit
conversions, and other key performance
indicators to management.
**Requirements**:
1. Real Estate Experience: Minimum 6
months to 1 year of experience in a
similar role within the real estate
industry, with a proven track record of
lead generation and customer
engagement.
2. Education: Any Graduate or PUC
qualification with a strong passion for
sales and real estate.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.

with customers and build rapport
4. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation
skills to handle pricing discussions and
overcome objections to close deals
5. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with
internal teams including sales
marketing, and operations to achieve
common goals.
6. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using MS
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
