**Role: Application / Production support**
**Location: Hyderabad.**

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in Application / Production support roles
- Basic knowledge on SQL
- Good communication skills.

**Expectation of tasks**:

- DRP testing co-ordination, documentation, Incident queue management, Reporting needs to be done
- Analysis of repeated problem and work with the respective teams for permanent solution
- Application validation post changes performed.
- Will be trained on workday and CMDB.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
