**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee general office operations and maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, setup, and logistics.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, record-keeping, and employee documentation.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.

**Education and Experience**:

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English is required.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
