**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the college office.
- Maintain and update records of students, faculty, and staff.
- Ensure a well-organized, clean, and professional office environment.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist the college administration, HODs, and faculty with clerical tasks.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth inter-departmental functioning.
- **Communication & Liaison**:

- Act as a point of contact between the administration, staff, students, and external parties.
- Draft and distribute official communication, including circulars, memos, and notices.
- Maintain an updated contact list for internal and external communication.
- **Record Keeping & Documentation**:

- Manage and organize files, records, and important documents, ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Coordinate with HR for maintaining staff attendance, leave records, and other personnel documentation.
- **Event & Examination Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing academic and extracurricular events, seminars, and workshops.
- Support exam coordination, including scheduling, seating arrangements, and logistics.
- Liaise with external bodies and authorities for inspections, audits, and official visits.
- **Student Support**:

- Address student queries related to administrative processes and provide appropriate guidance.
- Help students with documentation, certificates, and requests.
- Coordinate with the hostel office and ensure smooth operations for residential students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with educational administration and student management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in organizing academic events or institutional activities.

**Working Hours**: Full-Time
**Salary**: Commensurate with experience
