1. **Export Document Preparation**:

- Create essential export documents such as the packing list and commercial invoice, ensuring accuracy and adherence to buyer specifications.

2. **Buyer Portal Updates**:

- Upload invoices and packing lists to the buyer's portal in alignment with the Purchase Order (PO) requirements.
- Ensure all required data is accurate and up to date.

3. **Shipment Confirmation and Formalities**:

- Confirm the mode of shipment (sea, air, etc.) through the buyer portal.
- Manage key dates like the karting date (date goods are ready), handover date, and ensure all shipment timelines are followed.

4. **Coordination with Forwarder and CHA**:

- Maintain communication with freight forwarders and Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure the smooth flow of goods through shipping channels.
- Oversee the shipment process and resolve any logístical issues that arise.

5. **BL or Airway Bill Confirmation**:

- Confirm and validate the Bill of Lading (BL) or Airway Bill (AWB), which serves as a receipt for goods and proof of shipment.

6. **Document Submission to the Bank**:

- After shipment, submit necessary documents to the bank, which may include the invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, and other regulatory paperwork for payment processing.

7. **Advance License, EPCG, and Custom Formalities**:

- Update and maintain export licenses, including Advance Licenses and Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) documentation.
- Ensure all customs formalities are completed for smooth export processing, adhering to legal and compliance requirements.

This role requires a good understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and effective communication with buyers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
