We are hiring for an export import executive for an reputed fmcg company at andheri location
Position Export Import Documentation Executive
Reporting To Director
Work Location Andheri West, DN Nagar ( walking distance
from Metro station)
Years of Experience 5 years
Shift / Work Timings 10 am - 6 pm
All Saturdays ( half day)10- 1.30 pm, Sunday

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)
- Graduation
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of Exports and Import documentation.
- Having worked in Agro commodity industry.
- Experience of minimum 5 years in the industry.
- Place of stay: Around 10-15 kms from Andheri west where our office is situated so that the total travel
time is less than an hour from residence to office
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and co-ordinate duties assigned to sales team and monitor performance to ensure quality
service.
- Negotiate freight rate with forwarders, vendors and handle costs.
- Manage database for customer orders, invoices, accounts receivables and export payments.
- Export documents to be prepared /supervised as per contractual terms of customer. To make pre and
post shipment documents using Sky Export Software.
- Oversee shipping activities i.e Logistics
- planning for vessel, booking of container etc. and ensure
customer order fulfillment
- Track shipments and inform any issues/discrepancies affecting shipment to Supervisor.
- Co-ordinate with Customs House Agent (CHA) and Freight Forwarder to ensure timely delivery of
shipments.
- Liaise with Spice Board and other government bodies to ensure compliance with international trade
regulations and export laws.
- Collation of data - Invoice, Shipping bill & BRC’s in excel sheet and also submit physical copies.
- Offering prices & to customers as well as present and tabulate trade data statistics for analysis.
