Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)
- Graduation
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of Exports and Import documentation.

**Responsibilities**:
Documentation Preparation and Management:

- Prepare and review export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists,

bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory

requirements and company policies.
- Manage the filing and tracking of documents to ensure timely processing and retrieval.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay current with changes in international trade regulations, customs requirements, and

documentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations related to

export and import activities.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to documentation and compliance.

Coordination and Communication:

- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth

processing of shipments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and procurement, to gather and verify

required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and other external parties regarding

documentation requirements and status.

Record-Keeping and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all export and import documentation and transactions.
- Prepare and submit reports on documentation status, compliance issues, and any other relevant

metrics.
- Conduct periodic audits of documentation processes to ensure adherence to internal standards and

regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹9,775.42 - ₹25,359.95 per month
