Job Title: Administrative Executive
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations, including coordinating office resources, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
- **Communication Handling**:
- Act as the point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take minutes as needed.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- **Document Management**:
- Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and electronic.
- **Visitor Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage visitor access and security protocols.
- **Vendor Management**:
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Manage relationships with office suppliers.
- **Expense Management**:
- Assist in tracking and reconciling office-related expenses.
- Submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- **Assistance to Management**:
- Provide administrative support to executives and managers as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- **Special Projects**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
