**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Give customers accurate info about our products, services, and company policies to assist

effectively.
- Maintain the privacy of customer records and other financial details.
- Assist customers in multiple languages, ensuring they receive the same level of service regardless

of the language they communicate in.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
- Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
- Provide resolutions to common issues or escalate complex cases to higher-level support or

management as needed.

What are some of the good to have skills for this role?
- 1+ years customer support experience, based environment, is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English is a must. Should be able to speak English and Hindi

fluently. (Other regional languages known will be an added advantage)
- Exceptional grammar, communication skills & typing including speed and accuracy.
- Experience in Loans and banking process is preferred.
- Experience using Chat CRM tools like Freshdesk / Zendesk / One-Direct
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in rotational shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,742.17 per month
