We are looking for aggressive professionals those who can join our US IT Staffing team in Hyderabad.

Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT) with Tier1 vendors / Implementation partners/Direct Clients.

Good understanding of IT job functions and good conceptual understanding of technologies covering the whole gamut of SDLC.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT) with Tier1 vendors / Implementation partners/Direct Clients.
- Generating new Leads. Maintaining the contacts database. Segregating the leads and adding new contacts to the database.
- Strong commitment towards achieving the desired results.
- Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiating best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
- Tracking submissions and maintaining the submissions database.
- Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
- Identifying and contacting potential clients: Bench Sales Recruiters are responsible for finding potential clients who are in need of IT staffing services. They research companies and industries to identify potential clients, and then contact them to introduce themselves and the services they offer.
- Understanding client requirements: Once they have identified potential clients, Bench Sales Recruiters need to understand the client's specific requirements for the IT consultants they are looking to hire. This involves understanding the technical skills and experience needed for the job, as well as any other requirements such as location, rate, and availability.
- Maintaining relationships: Bench Sales Recruiters must maintain strong relationships with both clients and consultants to ensure repeat business. They need to stay in touch with consultants to ensure they are still available for work, and to provide updates on potential job opportunities. They also need to maintain regular contact with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided and to identify any new requirements they may have.
- Keeping up with industry trends: Bench Sales Recruiters need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to be successful. This involves attending conferences and events, following industry news, and keeping up with new technologies and emerging trends.
- Overall, the role of a Bench Sales Recruiter is to bridge the gap between IT consultants who are available for work and clients who need IT staffing services. This involves a range of skills including sales, marketing, negotiation, and relationship building.

**Education/Qualification**: Any Graduate

Location - Hyderabad

Salary - starting range 35-45k based on the experience Plus Incentives

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
