About Us: Acunor Infotech is a leading IT staffing and solutions company committed to providing the best talent to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our business goals.


Job Summary: The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants and placing them in suitable positions with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Marketing Bench Consultants:

  • Identify and evaluate potential job opportunities for bench consultants.
  • Market bench consultants to various clients and prime vendors.
  • Submit resumes to potential clients, negotiate rates, and schedule interviews.
  • Prepare consultants for interviews and follow up on client feedback.

2.Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and consultants regarding job requirements and placement.

3.Database Management:

  • Maintain an updated database of bench consultants, job requirements, and client contacts.
  • Track the status of submitted resumes and placements.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.

4.Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on bench consultant placements and marketing activities.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and IT job market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ceipal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with various clients and vendors in the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of visa statuses and work authorizations (H1B, H1BT, TN, USC, GC, EAD's, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks (e.g., ).
