Sales Representative

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our photography firm and help us expand our client base. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our photography services to prospective clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, social media, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, showcase our portfolio, and articulate the value of our photography services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with our photography team to develop customized proposals and packages tailored to the specific preferences and budgets of each client.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner, providing additional information, addressing concerns, and closing sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by management, consistently striving for excellence and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the photography or creative services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and close deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their vision through photography.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and events.
Pay: ₹25,000 per month
