**Responsibilities**:

- Dialing 300+ phone numbers in a single day to generate leads.
- Prospecting clients that are interested in digital marketing services.
- Ensuring that clients meet the right client-to-product fit.
- Collaborating directly with the CEO to ensure a smooth transition of leads to sales.

Skills Required:

- Previous experience with B2B telemarketing or appointment setting.
- Proven ability to get past gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers.
- Have experience dealing with dealing with clients in Canada, USA, UK, or Australia.
- 100% proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong ability to develop rapport quickly with someone over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and web design.
- Willingness to learn the technical aspects of marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- No formal education required, but relevant experience is a must.

Compensation:

- Paying ₹21,000 (INR) in the initial trial period. ₹25,000 (INR) after the trial period.
- Commission paid for finding clients that eventually lead to sales.

Please note: This is a full time job that requires you to make calls everyday for 7-8 hours. It is not easy and you will face a lot of challenges in doing so. Time will be monitored unless you can demonstrate excellent results.

Please note: This job requires you to work from home and therefore a good computer/latptop and reliable internet connection is a must.

Please note: This job requires you to make call to client durning the day time of Canada and the United states 9am to 5 pm (EST), which equates to 6:30pm to 3am IST.

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
