We prioritize a remote-first culture and deliver high-quality products with a distributed team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io (or similar tools) to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and preferences.
- Initiate and engage in outbound cold calls to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team by understanding client requirements and aligning them with our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technology keywords to facilitate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
- Continuously refine and improve outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role in Services Selling **(Product Selling experience is not applicable)**:
- Track record of selling mobile apps and web solutions to international decision makers.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io (or similar tools) to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Strong cold calling skills and ability to navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
- Excellent spoken English with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Familiarity with technology keywords and the ability to discuss them confidently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience using CRM systems to track and manage leads.
- Ability to adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹13,257.72 - ₹52,775.94 per month
