The HubOps is a customer-focused IT & Marketing agency dedicated to connecting businesses with innovative solutions. We are looking for a proactive **Appointment Setter** to engage leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Engagement**:

- Initiate outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads to introduce the company’s offerings.
- Use scripts and personalized communication to establish trust with potential clients.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Qualify leads based on their needs and alignment with company services.
- Set up meetings for the sales team with interested and eligible prospects.
- **Communication & Relationship Building**:

- Build rapport with prospects to ensure high-quality appointments.
- Handle initial objections professionally and confidently.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
- Regularly update lead statuses, meeting outcomes, and feedback.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and optimal lead management.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to marketing and sales teams.
- **Performance Metrics**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Track and report KPIs, including call volumes, appointment success rates, and lead conversions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2yr of experience in appointment setting, particularly with USA-based leads.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral/US accent.
- **Sales Acumen**: Ability to ask the right questions, identify pain points, and qualify prospects effectively.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- **Time Management**: Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate across multiple time zones.
- **Persistence**: A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in industries such as Marketing, IT Services, Real Estate, etc.
- Basic knowledge of sales pipelines and US business culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,481.75 - ₹53,341.43 per month
